Improved drainable ascon, permeable ascon and smart ascon are all included in the solution. Drainable ascon and permeable ascon could solve problem of underground water depletion, and prevent traffic accidents during periods of heavy rain. Our products are more durable and resistant to chemicals, water, and salt compared to the existing drainage/permeable ascon types.

Smart ascon is a product that incorporates ROSIGN’s CHAMEL ROAD technology to ascon. The technology provides temperature visualizing and radiant heat blocking technologies. It has improved durability and lifespan compared to existing ascon. Smart ascon’s temperature is lower by 13℃ - 18℃ with no emission of radiant heat. Possibility of plastic deformation and occurrence of defect are very low. Change of road colors according to temperature could visually alert drivers about the condition of road during rainy and/or snowy days. Smart ascon would be released on October 2017.
